For your initial buy-in you receive rights to a zip code area of your choice. Based on population, you may get more than one zip code.

We offer Marketing program that can drive leads to your territory at a monthly cost
Distributors have the right to sell in their territory, however, they do not have exclusivity. This is due to the volume being too high for only one distributor per zip code and large corporate buildings/hotels require 3 bids in the area for their large jobs. At any given time, there can be more demand in an area than we have distributors/contractors.
METROPLEX AREA BUY-IN
$38,000 WHOLE CITY TERRITORY
For a whole city or metroplex area, the cost is $38,000. With this buy-in, we will provide you with a 5-year contract as well as all the benefits mentioned above.
MASTER DISTRIBUTOR
PRICING TO BE DETERMINED
Each city or metroplex area can have many metroplex distributors but only one master distributor. All the benefits above apply plus they will receive a deeper discount on the product and ALL sales of the product in that area must be purchased from the master distributor. Also, premium payout for product will be paid to the master distributor upon other metroplex area distributors initial buy-in.
FINANCED BUY-IN
We can finance your zip code area. Our interest fee is at 9% and a minimum down payment is required. We consider these on a case-by-case basis.
